Michelle Trachtenberg to have a Black Xmas [More on Black Christmas...]
Black Christmas, the story of four sorority sisters being harassed with anonymous and terrifying calls and then killed off one by one during Christmas break, is currently being remade and shot in Vancouver, British Columbia. The new film, with a cast of promising young actresses such as Michelle Trachtenberg, Katie Cassidy and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, has new twists that will be just as frightening.

Trachtenberg added, "in terms of a modern movie we have a lot of camera angles that are pretty bad ass and the original 'Black Christmas' was mostly handheld and kind of shaky and we don't depend on that as much. Pop music superstars Hilary Duff and Ciara have signed on to appear in the saucy Candie's advertising campaign come this spring.
Joining the two singers will be actresses Michelle Trachtenberg and Samaire Armstrong.
The four stars will team up for a barrage of television and print ads, marking the first time that Candie's has employed a quartet of hot starlets to promote their products.
"Any girl can wear Candie's!" enthuses Ciara. "Someone may relate to me or Hilary or Michelle or Samaire, but what is great is that no matter what her style she will relate to one of us. That's what makes it so real."
A multimedia attack will be waged on print, television, internet and in-store come and the soundtrack to the television commercial will be Duff's song "Super Girl" taken from her Most Wanted CD.
"When you see the Candie's ads, you can envision yourself with your friends having a great time," remarked Duff.
